TAFT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MARILYN B. CASSIDY
TO THE CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL COURT
COLUMBUS (January 3, 2007) - Governor Bob Taft today announced the appointment of Marilyn B. Cassidy to the Cleveland Municipal Court.
Marilyn B. Cassidy, from Cleveland, was appointed to the Cleveland Municipal Court for a term beginning January 5, 2007, replacing Joan Synenberg, who resigned.
Ms. Cassidy is currently an Assistant Prosecutor for Cuyahoga County. Ms. Cassidy was previously an Attorney with the Law Firm of Cassidy & Motti and Associate Corporate Counsel for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Northern Ohio.
Ms. Cassidy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University.
