TAFT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF R. PATRICK KELLY TO
THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS.
COLUMBUS (December 29, 2006) - Governor Bob Taft today announced the appointment of R. Patrick Kelly to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
R. Patrick Kelly, from University Heights, was appointed to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas for a term beginning December 31, 2006, replacing William Coyne, who resigned.
Mr. Kelly is currently a solo practitioner in his own law firm. He also serves as a Magistrate by assignment for Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Probate Court - Psychiatric Division.
Mr. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hiram College, a Juris Doctor degree from Marshall College of Law and a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
